Northern Lights Estate is an 80 lot urban residential subdivision development located in the Tamworth suburb of Westdale.

Mitchel Hanlon Consulting has been engaged by Integrity New Homes to provide a full suite of professional surveying, planning, civil engineering and project management services. Specific deliverables to the client are:

• Planning services including subdivision layout design, traffic analysis, services analysis, planning submissions and client representation at Council meetings.
• Civil engineering design for roads, earthworks volumes, stormwater, sewer, water, and erosion control measures.
• Project management and liaison with Council, the civil contractor, solicitors, Land and Property Information, utility designers and utility installers.
