Office Manager

A love of numbers means Victoria really enjoys the constant challenges and change that’s involved with bookkeeping duties, especially Payroll.  Victoria has a wealth of administration experience having worked for legal firms and a valuation firm.  Victoria manages our Quality Assurance and WH&S and ensures the office runs smoothly.   
Another keen renovator and avid gardener, her dream is to turn her home into a quaint French cottage.


Belinda Hanlon

Marketing Co-ordinator

Before her marketing career kicked off, Belinda spent 3 years backpacking around Europe before returning home to a career in corporate travel and sales.  Now, with 11 years of sales and marketing experience and a tree change under her belt, Belinda brings her knowledge of national marketing and business strategy, event management and market research with companies such as QantasLink, Qantas and the Quest Apartment Group to our doorstep.  She’s not one to take herself too seriously and enjoys good food, good wine and nothing more than a good belly laugh.

Katrina Smith

Administration Officer

Katrina is a born and bred Tamworth girl with a wide range of experience in administrative duties. Katrina has many years experience working with a local accountancy firm and architect.

Katrina assists our Office Manager with all administrative and bookkeeping duties. Katrina undertakes much of the drafting for engineering and property subdivisions.

Being a mother of two girls keeps her active and spends many hours enjoying the outdoors. In her spare time, Katrina studys for a Diploma in Civl Engineering through Newcastle TAFE.
