Tim is our Team Leader and Technical Officer in our Survey and Engineering department.
Tim’s role involves detail surveys, engineering design for urban and rural subdivisions, tender and contract management and project management.
Tim is the current president of Collegians Junior Rugby League Club and still finds time to play for the Kootingal Rugby League Club in the Group 4 Second Division competition.
He loves being a dad, has a contagious love of life and displays killer instinct as well as fox-like agility when on the Oztag field.
With over 20 years under his surveying belt, Anthony's knowledge includes engineering detail and construction set-out along with cadastral experience.
Having worked in Sydney and Western Australia, Anthony has valuable experience in high-rise set-out, detail surveys and geophysical surveys. Other competencies include construction set-out for road and earthworks, railways and site contamination works. Anthony shares a love for travel and also digs a mean veggie patch.
Bill is our railway guru. We're sure that due to his years of experience, what Bill doesn’t know about working on the railways really isn’t worth knowing! He holds rail protection officer qualifications, is a Category A track designer and has vast experience in detailed engineering and construction support surveys. Where will you find Bill on his days off? Good chance on the railway, (miniature that is) or driving his much loved Willy jeep.
What do you get when you combine a love for the great outdoors and construction? A career in Surveying/Engineering! Lachlan is currently studying for his Bachelor of Spatial Science through the University of Southern Queensland. He is a Category B track designer having gained considerable experience with railway surveying and track design. He lives by the motto of 'Life's short, so make sure you love what you do'. Described by his mates as outgoing, relaxed and honest, in his spare time Lachlan enjoys hitting the Rugby field and belting it out on the drums.
Tim comes to surveying after a policing career and has great experience with systems and process as a result. Tim is currently studying the Bachelor of Spatial Science through the University of Southern Queensland. Tim loves the outdoors and the mathematics associated with surveying. His spare time usually finds him either studying or renovating with a few road runs thrown in for good measure.
Gavin joins the team as a Survey Field Assistant with over 33 years experience in the railways. Gavin enjoys the diversity his role provides and loves getting his hands dirty – whether it be in his veggie patch, cabinet making or fishing his golf ball out of the bunker.
